Enjoy Madrid from an unique perspective as you embark on a Guided Ninebot Tour (segway like self balancing scooter). This is an unique and fun way to admire some of the top sights of the city, including the “Madrid de Los Austrias”. Explore the streets and monuments of the old part of town. For your own comfort and safety, we limit the tours to 8 people.

Meet your friendly guide in Central Madrid and start with a practice session to get familiar with your two-wheeled personal transporter. Only once you feel comfortable with the Ninebot (Segway like self balancing scooter), you will follow the team into the streets of the old part of the city.

You will glide from Calle San Nicolás (San Nicolás church) to the Lepanto garden and plaza Oriente where the famous equestrian statue of Philip IV on horseback stands, adjacent to the Palacio Real. You will then go to the plaza de la Catedral de Almudena that faces the Palacio Real.

From there you will reach the famous Plaza de la Villa, where you can see three buildings, the Casa de la Villa which was the Town Hall before 2007, the Casa Cisneros, and the Casa y Torre de los Lujanes.

After this stroll through the shaded streets of La Latina, you’ll head on the Mercado San Miguel, the mecca of gastronomy in Madrid.

You will head off to the Plaza de Jacinto Benavente, go past the Palacio de Santa Cruz where the Ministerio de Asuntos Exteriores (Foreign Ministry) is located near the Iglesia de Santa Cruz.

Then you will across the Plaza del Ángel and go straight by the Calle Huertas in the Cortes area: You will pass outside the Palacio de Marqués de Ugena, the Real Academia de la Historia and the Monasterio las Trinitarias.

Then you will go down to the Paseo del Prado close to the Real Jardín Botánico, then you will follow the Museo del Prado and the Iglesia San Jerónimo as the Real Academia de la Lengua Española.

You will continue to pass between la Bolsa de Madrid and the Ritz hotel.

You will take up the Paseo Del Prado to arrive after the Museo Naval in Plaza de Cibeles.

You can see on this site the Fuente de Cibeles, the Palacio de las Comunicaciones, and the Banco de España.

You will then head towards the Fuente de Neptuno for to pass outside the Museo Thyssen-Bornemisza (the Palacio Villahermosa) and the Palace Hotel to arrive Plaza de las Cortes where the Congreso de los Diputados is located.

You go up the Calle del Prado past the school Ateneo to the Plaza Santa Ana where there are the Teatro Español and the Hotel ME Madrid Reina Victoria.
